Help link (?) on forms​

Many dsGST screens now show a small ? link in the top-right corner of the window. Click it to open the matching topic of this help site in your browser — no need to search for the page yourself. See Help Link (?).

The link appears only on screens that have a help topic; it is being added screen by screen. Covered so far: Purchase Entry and Import, Receipt and Payment entry, the Outstanding and Ledger reports, Auto PO, Collection Entry, Field Entry, Short Items, PPD Status and the Dashboards screens.

Pick / Pack / Deliver (PPD)​

  • PPD Status — a new dashboard (Menu > Dashboards > PPD Status) showing every sale bill by status, grouped by the party's account category. Select bills and move them forward, including marking them Delivered. It is part of the base licence and works whether or not Use Pick and Pack is ticked.
  • Pick / Pack / Deliver — the guide for the optional module (Pick and Pack, Picked / Issues board, crate tracking and Delivery Details) now points to PPD Status for the status board.
  • App for Warehouse Staff — the mobile side: picking, crate scanning and flagging item issues.

Short items​

A new Short Items page covers recording items that could not be supplied in full on a sale bill.
