Barcode Status
Item Status for firms that track stock by barcode. The screen is the same, but the stock, inward and outward lists are organised by barcode:
- The Stock list shows each barcode with its MRP and quantity. Tick All Barcode to include barcodes that are used up.
- Inward and Outward show the Bar (barcode) in place of the batch.
- Type a barcode in the Bar box and tick it to show only that barcode's stock and movement, which is the quickest way to trace a single tag or lot.
- Filter Batch works on the selected barcode: Inward and Outward are reduced to it.
Find the item as in Item Status (manufacturer, search box, Only Used, Load Details, Auto). Barcode support must be switched on in Set Defaults; see also Bar Codes.
