Item Status
Everything about one item on a single screen: what came in, what went out, and what stock is left, batch by batch. Use it to answer "do we have it?", "when did we last buy it and from whom?" and "who bought this batch?" without running separate reports.
Item Search
Find an item, or alternatives to it, by name, manufacturer, type, category or description / formula, and see its stock, location and latest purchase details at a glance. It is also the search screen that opens from other places in dsGST when you need to pick an item.
Barcode Status
Item Status for firms that track stock by barcode. The screen is the same, but the stock, inward and outward lists are organised by barcode:
Sales and Purchase Performance
Rank your business by item and by party side by side: which products, manufacturers, customers or suppliers account for most of your sales (or purchases) in a period, and what share each holds. Sales Performance looks at sale bills and sale returns; Purchase Performance at purchases, purchase challans and purchase returns. The two screens work the same way.
Accounts Dashboard
A live view of where the money stands: the balance of each account group, and, one double-click away, the balance of each account in a group — straight from the ledgers. It needs the Account Reports permission.
