Extension for dsGST ERP
Android App add-on for Retail Medicine Shops for billing. It talks directly to your dsGST installation, so anything entered in the field (orders, receipts) lands straight in the desktop system — no separate import step.
Who It's For
The app shows different screens depending on the login it's given:

Getting Started
Registration — Tap Config on the login screen to create a new account: username, email, phone, password, and company/firm details.
Login — Once your account exists, tap Login. You'll need a User Id and Password issued from the desktop side — see Company Representatives's "Android App Login" section for how an admin sets those up.
For security, the app can only be used from the device it was first
logged in from. If you need to switch devices, someone with admin access
on the desktop must clear the Device Id field for your login first.
Change Password — From the home screen, tap Password at any time to change it.
Shared Features (Salesman & Company Rep)
These are available to both Salesman and Company Rep logins — not to Warehouse Staff logins, which go straight to the Pick-Pack-Deliver screens instead.
Manufacturers & Pricing
Tap Mfrs to browse manufacturers with their contact details, or Price to look up item pricing by category, including GST rate and markup — useful for a quick check without waiting for the office.
Master Data Sync
Manufacturer, category, item and rate data is cached on the device so lists load instantly rather than on every request. Tap Master to see when it was last synced and refresh it manually.
This app does not queue up changes made while offline. Receipts, orders and Pick-Pack-Deliver actions all need a live connection to save — if you lose signal partway through entering something, finish it once you're back online rather than assuming it saved.
Printer Setup
Tap Printer to select and pair a printer for bills and receipts. Use Test Print after selecting one to confirm it's working before you need it in the field.
